The Clearinghouse has released five updated family violence data summaries. These are collations of publicly available, primarily administrative data from sources such as: New Zealand Police; District Court; Family Court; Ministry of Health; Child, Youth and Family; the Family Violence Death Review Committee and Women's Refuge. The five data summaries are:

  • Family Violence Deaths
  • Violence Against Women
  • Children and Youth affected by Family Violence
  • Child Sexual Abuse
  • Adult Sexual Violence

A one-page 'Data Summaries Snapshot' has also been developed.

Caveats and the definitions used by different agencies are also provided.
