ACC Chief Executive Ralph Stewart says if sensitive claimants whose privacy was breached are not satisfied with the $250 ACC has offered them as compensation, ACC will consider their cases individually. The $250 payments have been offered to people with sensitive claims whose information was inadvertently emailed to another claimant, Bronwyn Pullar, in August 2011. A lawyer specialising in ACC matters, John Miller, says the offer is insulting and he intends to take action on behalf of about 100 of the claimants.
