The demonstration service is evolving effective approaches and practices which appear to provide for best outcomes for working with refugee children and their families presenting with high and complex needs. The presentation provides an overview of how the service has responded to this population including the development of effective practice and learning achieved to date. Findings will be presented in the context of the target population's experiences and needs. It will describe how the transcultural intersectoral service is being delivered and include preliminary findings from an external evaluation completed sixteen months after On Tracc commenced service delivery.
