NZFVC seeks new Manager

The New Zealand Family Violence Clearinghouse is advertising for a new Manager.

This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution towards eliminating family and whānau violence in Aotearoa New Zealand. The Manager will be responsible for:

  • supporting the strategic development and growth of NZFVC
  • developing and maintaining relationships with funders and key stakeholders
  • day to day management of the NZFVC staff and programme of work.

Applicants need a relevant tertiary qualification and an in depth knowledge of and experience in family and whānau violence research, policy and/or practice. With excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, you will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the stakeholders and key players in this service, and to lead a team to design and produce evidence-based information relevant to the sector that has a positive impact. Your strong written and oral communication skills will enable you to communicate clearly and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
